Copper Penny is a great restaurant in Wilmington, North Carolina with a comfortable classic pub interior. The staff and service are excellent. The food is amazing, with excellent sandwiches, salads, wings, fries and burgers. The pork sandwich is especially noteworthy – it is a Philadelphia quality sandwich! The beer list features a dozen or more local Wilmington beers. The salmon sandwich is also a must-try. Kids are also welcome, with a kids menu available. The hot honey chicken sandwich and grilled salmon sandwich are also great. Fries are a great accompaniment. The wait time is usually 15 minutes, but it is worth it!
