Dish is an amazing restaurant located in Charlotte, NC that I recently had the pleasure of experiencing. Upon entering, I was immediately taken aback by the laid-back atmosphere and friendly service. The menu features a wide range of classic comfort food cooked to perfection. I started with the sampler plate which included delicious deviled eggs, potato puffs, fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese with ritz crackers and homemade potato chips. I then had the meatloaf sandwich, chicken fried steak and shrimp and grits. Every single dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The shrimp and grits were especially delicious and I was blown away by the homemade shallot dressing and curry turmeric hot sauce. My server Lee was outstanding and made sure I had a great experience. Overall, Dish is an incredible restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing comfort food.
