Holy Roller

Known for its Breakfast and Sandwich, Holy Roller in Austin, Texas became a destination for food lovers after Guy Fieri pulled up for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Sadly, Holy Roller has since permanently closed its doors.

The restaurant was featured in Season 29, Episode 14 — an episode called “Sandwich Showcase” that first aired in 2019. The segment featured the kind of hearty, handcrafted sandwiches and burgers that have built a devoted following.
