I am using a frying pan, so use medium to low heat so that the bread doesn’t burn or become crispy too fast.

Make sure each side is evenly cooked or lightly turned golden brown, and set aside. Then add in some butter and let it heat before adding in your eggs.
Pour your egg mixture and reduce heat to low so that it doesn’t cook fast.
This is the hack you shouldn’t skip: place the slices of bread evenly on each side of the egg and close to each other so that when you fold the sandwich, it takes that even sandwich form. When it starts to cook, flip it on the other side before folding it.
This is where you can add your fillings, as I did with the cheese slices.

Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
