Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- One small yellow onion
- And fajita-sized tortillas.
Instructions
Begin by dicing your two chicken breasts into small chunks. You don’t want them to be too big, but you don’t want them to be too small either just small enough to be the perfect bite size.
Once diced, place in your skillet and begin to season with your garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper. Cook until completely done and then set to the side. Cut your onion into thin slices; you don’t want too big of chunks, just thin slices.
Cook those until they become golden brown or soft, seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper. Add your chicken to your onions and then add in your barbecue sauce. Mix well until completely combined and warm.
