Tortilla Café is a great restaurant located in Washington D.C. with a nice ambience and good music. The customer service is top-notch and the staff are very friendly and passionate about their work. The food is delicious and served hot and fresh, with a great selection of breakfast dishes including burritos, empananas, and plantains. The patio seating is great and comes with sun-umbrellas and WiFi. There is also a good selection of drinks, although a better selection of tea would be nice. All in all, Tortilla Café is great place to visit for breakfast or lunch!
