PDX671 Food Trailer is an incredible restaurant in Portland, Oregon that serves authentic Guamanian cuisine. On my visit, I was impressed by the fresh and healthy kelaguen mannock dish, which was full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. I also thoroughly enjoyed the marinated chicken served on the fiesta plate. The atmosphere was great, with reusable plates and compostable utensils. I was also told by a friend from Guam that the food was extremely authentic and very similar to Filipino cuisine. My favorites were the titiyas and kelaguen mannok. I was also impressed to find that the menu had a variety of dishes, including chicken kelaguen, red rice, and BBQ. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Guamanian dining experience.
