Maui Brick Oven is an amazing restaurant located in Kihei, Hawaii. It offers delicious organic, gluten-free pizzas, as well as other mouth-watering dishes such as mozzarella sticks and brownies. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are fair for Hawaii dining. My family absolutely loved the food, and the portions were huge. We were also thrilled that my celiac child was able to order ANYTHING off the menu since it’s 100% gluten free.
