Lotus Cafe is an amazing restaurant in Jackson, Wyoming. It has a great ambiance and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of vegan, organic and flavorful breakfast and lunch dishes. Their samosas and chutney are very solid, while their truffle fries and soup were amazing. They also have great muffins, although their donuts were not as good. You can also get amazing apple cider donuts from the Gluten Free Goat Bakery. After finishing your meal, you will feel so healthy and good. Their breakfast, especially the blue corn-banana cakes, and the bowls for lunch/dinner are must-haves.
