Jambo Cafe is a restaurant located in Santa Fe, New Mexico that is definitely a popular spot in the area. It is full of energy with the chef walking around and talking to the tables, which adds a feeling of community and care. The food is absolutely amazing! Everything is full of flavor, from the chicken curry and rice, to the beef kebabs and the combo platter with the chicken, lamb and goat curries. There are also vegan options like the berbère chickpeas and the lentils, as well as the tofu. The atmosphere and service are also wonderful, making for a great experience. Jambo Cafe is definitely worth the wait and definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in town!
