Empire Brewing Company is an amazing restaurant located in Syracuse, New York. The atmosphere is truly unique, with a wide selection of beers brewed in-house to choose from. The wait staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. The food is simply incredible; the fish tacos have a flavorful and incredible texture, while the blue corn bread is out of this world. The burgers are great, the truffle fries are delicious and the vegetarian chili is a nice option. The margherita pizza, however, was not so great, with a soft and stretchy crust that had to be rolled up like a taquito. Empire Brewing Company is definitely an experience worth having!
