About El Grifo
El Grifo is an amazing vegan restaurant located in Caguas, Puerto Rico. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is incredibly friendly. Upon entering the restaurant, you are welcomed with a smile and a menu full of delicious plant-based options. I tried the nachos, chili, blue cheese burger, and BBQ burgers and was blown away by the flavors and fresh ingredients. The warm cakes and waffles served with ice cream are also a must-try. I really appreciate that they use local ingredients and no pre-prepared proteins such as impossible meat. On top of that, they have a great app for ordering, asking for the waiter, and paying the bill. All in all, El Grifo is an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vegan-friendly restaurant.
