This kitchen runs like a well oiled machine. You can tell that these employees have worked together for a long time, to the extent of being able to predict each other’s moves. That sort of thing takes a long time to develop.
Cowboy Junkie Burrito is special because everything is unfussy and as it should be. There are no gimmicks or flashy additions because the fundamentals are strong.

Guy’s been doing this long enough to tell the difference between ‘just looks good on camera’ and ‘actually tastes good.’ Cowboy Junkie Burrito clearly passed both tests.
