Maki Kato

Maki Kato is a certified decorative sushi roll instructor who began her culinary career in Japan, where she worked at restaurants before moving to Ireland to work as a sushi chef. Since relocating to the United States in 2016, she has taught decorative sushi roll classes and continues to explore cooking and baking.
