Carrot Orange Cake (Gluten-Free & Super Moist)

Making the Batter

This gluten-free carrot orange cake is soft, moist, and one of my favorites. I start with 3 eggs, chia gel, and both sugars. Then I add oil, vanilla, and fresh orange juice.
