Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups firm strawberry ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp malted milk powder
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder

Method
 

  1. Chill two tall glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the milk, malted milk powder and strawberry powder to a blender and pulse twice.
  3. Add the strawberry ice cream and pulse 5 times.
  4. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds until thick, pale pink and free of powder pockets.
  5. Pour into the cold glasses and serve immediately.
