Smoky Barbecue Chicken Meatballs

Chicken meatballs stay lighter than the usual beef version while a smoky barbecue glaze keeps them firmly in game-day territory. Apple butter supplies body and a quiet fruit sweetness without visible chunks. Fully cooked frozen meatballs make the timing predictable and safe for a crowded buffet.
