Nitro-Style Whipped Cold Brew

A home blender cannot create true nitrogen infusion, but it can mimic the drink's dense cascade for a few minutes. Blend undiluted cold brew with one ice cube to whip in tiny bubbles, then pour immediately down the side of a chilled glass. The result is unsweetened, dark and naturally creamy-looking without dairy.
