Ham Swiss Triple-Decker Club

Smoky ham, Swiss, bacon and mustard make a saltier, sharper club than the turkey original. The cheese sits directly against warm toast for a slight soften without turning this into a grilled sandwich. Dry lettuce and thin tomato keep the three levels upright through the quartering cut.
