Ingredients
  

  • 24 chocolate wafer cookies finely crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp green creme de menthe
  • 1 tbsp white creme de cacao
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Mix crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes; cool completely.
  2. Heat marshmallows and milk over low, stirring until completely smooth; cool to room temperature.
  3. Add creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and food coloring.
  4. Whip cream to medium peaks; fold into mint mixture in 3 additions.
  5. Spread in cold crust; freeze at least 6 hours. Rest at room temperature 10 minutes before slicing.
