Five-Ingredient Peach Pour-Batter Cobbler

This Southern-style cobbler uses self-rising flour instead of cake mix, but it keeps the same low-effort layering. Batter goes over melted butter and peaches go over batter without stirring. The crust rises around the fruit, producing soft cake in the center and crisp brown butter edges.
