Season the tenders with salt and preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 4 minutes.
Place the flour in one dish, whisk the eggs with hot sauce in a second and combine the cornflakes, paprika, cayenne and garlic powder in a third.
Coat each tender in flour, egg and cornflakes, pressing firmly so the large flakes stick.
Arrange half the tenders in one layer and spray the crumb surface lightly with oil.
Air-fry for 6 minutes, turn, spray lightly again and cook for 5 to 8 minutes more.
Remove each tender once the coating is browned and the center reaches 165°F.
Rest for 3 minutes and repeat with the second batch.
