Air-Fryer Honey Garlic Wings

Air-fried wings stay crisp under a honey-soy glaze when the sauce is reduced separately and used sparingly. Garlic cooks in the glaze, avoiding raw bite. The basket cannot be crowded, so keep finished unsauced wings on a rack until all batches are ready to toss.
