Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes. Toss chicken, peppers and onion with oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Arrange half the mixture in a shallow loose layer. Air fry for 6 minutes, toss gently and cook for 6 to 8 minutes more until the chicken reaches 165°F and the vegetables have browned edges.
Transfer to a bowl and repeat with the remaining mixture. Toss both batches with lime juice after cooking.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 to 30 seconds per side while the second batch cooks.
Divide chicken and vegetables among the tortillas and serve 2 filled tortillas per person.
