Air Fryer Cajun Chicken

A salt-controlled Cajun blend gives chicken breasts a dark, flavorful surface without a wet marinade. Pounding prevents the tapered end from drying before the center finishes. Oil is measured into the seasoning, making a thin paste that holds the spices against the meat.
