Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Breasts

Buffalo seasoning cooks into the surface, while the buttery hot sauce goes on after the chicken leaves the basket. That keeps sugar and dairy from scorching in the air fryer. Even half-inch cutlets cook fast enough to stay juicy beneath the tangy glaze.
