In 2020, Fieri made his way to Logan, where Maymoes earned a well-deserved 4.6-star rating for bringing the heat and soul of Cajun cooking to Cache Valley. From rich gumbo to perfectly blackened catfish, this gem proved that you don’t need to be on Bourbon Street to experience the magic of New Orleans-style cooking.
Though Utah’s Cajun scene featured on the show remains intimate with just one restaurant making the cut, the quality speaks for itself. Unfortunately, like many beloved spots from the show, Maymoes has since closed its doors—making these Triple D episodes a bittersweet reminder of the incredible flavors that once graced the Beehive State’s dining scene.
