Between 2007 and 2015, the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives crew visited four standout seafood spots scattered from Providence to the coastal towns, finding an average rating of 4.4 stars across these flavorful destinations.

Leading the pack is Louis Restaurant in Providence, earning an impressive 4.9-star rating with dishes that had Guy reaching for seconds. Down in Middletown, Anthony’s Seafood (4.5★) proved that fresh-off-the-boat fare and no-frills atmosphere create pure magic. And at Evelyn’s Drive-In in Tiverton, the waterside setting and classic preparations showcase everything that makes Rhode Island a seafood lover’s paradise.

While two of these original four spots have since closed their doors, the remaining restaurants continue serving up the kind of bold, authentic flavors that earned them a spot on Triple D.
