The Pastrami Project is a hidden gem located in Orlando, Florida. From the outside it may be a bit hard to find, as it is tucked away in the back of an Italian restaurant. But once you enter you will be amazed by the atmosphere and the delicious food. The star of the show is the pastrami, which is perfectly smoked and seasoned, and so tender it melts in your mouth. The homemade rye bread that wraps it all up is a great addition, as is the side of fries. Top it off with a Dr Brown’s soda and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to a classic NYC deli. The owner is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience all the more enjoyable.
