Swiss Hibiscus is an amazing restaurant located in Portland, Oregon. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it an ideal place to enjoy a meal. The food is European inspired, with options such as cheese fondue, escargot, Swiss onion soup, spaghetti ticinese, and caramel custard. All of the dishes are delicious, but the caramel custard is especially noteworthy. As a special treat, the owner’s mother even made a homemade holiday dessert that was complimentary. Overall, Swiss Hibiscus is an excellent restaurant that I would highly recommend!
