Paper Dosa is an amazing restaurant located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It offers a wide range of South Indian Cuisine and flavorful dishes, and is sure to please whatever your tastebuds desire. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the service is friendly and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful experience here, starting with a delicious Chicken Curry, followed by some succulent Lamb. The flavors are unique and delicious and the presentation of the dishes is impressive. We were also very impressed with the warm hospitality of our server Greg, who assisted us with our selection and made sure we had an enjoyable time. We highly recommend Paper Dosa to anyone visiting Santa Fe, and we are sure you won’t be disappointed!
