Ivan’s Cookhouse is a restaurant located in North Miami Beach, Florida, offering a variety of authentic Caribbean and Haitian cuisines. On my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by the chef himself – Chef Ivan. His dishes are a delicious combination of flavors, from the Calamari and Red Chilli Salmon to the Shrimp Creole and Cod Fish Fritters. The highlight of my meal was the Tasso – a dish of deep fried goat that was well seasoned and tender. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff was friendly and attentive. Ivan’s Cookhouse provides a unique and delicious experience that I would highly recommend.
