Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse is an amazing restaurant in Kihei, Hawaii. Warmly welcomed on arrival, the menu was clearly listed on the blackboard on the wall behind the counter. We ordered a variety of food and it was delivered to the table in a short time. The ribs were smoky, meaty, and delicious. The brisket was lean, smoky, and tasty. The chicken was smoky, moist, and flavorful. The sides were also delicious, including the Carolina slaw, Red Bliss potato salad, cornbread, and mac ‘n cheese. The atmosphere was relaxed, with cool music playing in the background.
