I have watched a ton of Triple D episodes, but this one is by far the best. The episodes where Guy walks into the kitchen and the chefs like him are the best.
## The Food
Incredible Chicken Tikka Masala is all about practice. The chef clearly learned this from someone who cared. You could tell from the way they spaced the chicken, from the way they talked, and from how long things were cooking.

It was obvious that this chef put in time to really perfect his craft. Guy always picks up on these things and that’s what makes him different from other Triple D hosts. He cares about the technique and style over the food.
## Guy’s Take
Guy’s expression when he took the first bite just shows how much he appreciates everything. He doesn”t need to put on a performance.
## The Restaurant
Since the episode first aired, Tandoori Oven in Logan, Utah has had a lot of customers that were fans of Triple D. My guess is that they have kept up the quality. It is impressive how much quality they can maintain over their sudden increase in customer base.
