That’s a question I started thinking about it more while reviewing the episodes of Triple D I have watched over the years. I noticed that some dishes are good but you wouldn’t remember them. Other dishes are so enticing you would want to plane ticket just to try it.

This episode is a good example of the second category. It can be seen in the prep–nothing is rushed or cut corners. Each component is treated like it matters, because the chef cares.
