Leading the pack is Hai Hai, a 4.5-star Vietnamese street food destination that caught Guy’s attention with bold Southeast Asian flavors. Gandhi Mahal Restaurant brought the heat with authentic Indian cuisine, earning 4.2 stars before its closure. Union Hmong Kitchen, representing Minneapolis’s significant Hmong community, impressed at 4.1 stars with traditional recipes reimagined for modern palates.
