Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurants in Massachusetts
When Guy Fieri’s red Camaro rolled into Massachusetts, he discovered that the Bay State is serving up some seriously flavorful plant-based cuisine. Between 2014 and 2019, Triple D featured three vegan and vegetarian spots across the Commonwealth, from the historic streets of Cambridge to the coastal charm of Falmouth. These restaurants proved that meatless meals can be just as crave-worthy as any classic diner fare.
Leading the pack is Veggie Galaxy in Cambridge, earning an impressive 4.6 stars with its creative take on American comfort food gone vegetarian. Down on Cape Cod, Pickle Jar Kitchen in Falmouth wowed with a 4.5-star rating, while Boston’s Saus brought its own unique flair to the scene. With an average rating of 4.4 stars across all featured spots, Massachusetts has shown that it’s a destination for anyone seeking out-of-bounds vegetarian eats. Two of these three restaurants remain open today, still dishing out the same bold flavors that caught Guy’s attention and earned them a spot in Flavortown.
